Paul Fisher

Paul is a Fellow of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and serves on the UK Green Technical Advisory Group. He is a former Chairman of the LIBF and is now a Visiting Professor. Previously he was at the Bank of England for 26 years, including as Deputy Head of the PRA and before that Executive Director for Markets, in which capacity he was a member of the MPC

Gren has been European editor for Dow Jones Newswires, European executive editor of The Wall Street Journal, and editor of Financial News. He now works as an editorial and media consultant
